Leah joined our team in a temporary capacity, but was soon offered a permanent role, and she has become a valued member of our Talent Acquisition Team, which is part of our People Team.
What support have you had for your development within the company?
I had a great induction to introduce me to the job and ongoing training. The management and my team are supportive, and nothing is too much trouble.
What do you enjoy most about your role?
No two days are the same. I am liaising with different stakeholders, making successful placements, helping to make a difference within departments, and helping new colleagues find new roles within Eurocell.
How has Eurocell supported your development?

What’s your proudest career moment at Eurocell?
I joined the team on a temporary to permanent placement, and later became a permanent member of the team. I’ve also helped with the large recruitment drive in manufacturing by making successful placements and reducing agency spend by direct recruitment. I’ve also been able to quickly fill a number of hard-to-fill vacancies.
What advice would you give to someone wanting to work in your department?
Always be one step ahead, and perceptive of the stakeholders and their needs. Be resilient, methodical and quick thinking.
What advice would you give to a new starter with Eurocell?
Eurocell is a great place to work with future career growth possibilities. The sky's the limit.
